    Laura is a relationship expert and dating coach based in New York City. She practices from a relational lens and prides herself as a down-to-earth and “no bullshit” therapist. Laura will help you break free from self-limiting patterns and lead you towards fulfilling relationships with deep connections. In her free time, you can find Laura playing with her Golden Retriever, or en route to JFK for her next big adventure. She is the author of The Empathy Deficit, a non-fiction book that sits at the intersection of all that makes her feel whole: human connection, empathy, culture, and socio-politics.

    Hayley Schlattman, MHC-LP

    Psychotherapist (she/her)

    Hayley is a trauma-informed therapist who finds passion in connecting with others and helping them feel seen and heard. Her identity as a queer woman pushed her to vocalize and stand up against the inequalities many people face. Hayley’s genuine love for learning other’s stories, passions, and motivations drives her to be compassionate, empathetic, and authentic. both with clients and outside of the therapeutic space. When she’s not writing her upcoming book, you can find Hayley training in Martial Arts, spending time with her cat, Dutch, or searching New York for the best gelato she can find.

    Erica is a relational therapist who is passionate about creating a space for everyone to be true to themselves. Erica is a creative individual who expresses herself through writing, photography and other outlets which helps her understand her clients who identify as creatives and artists. She supports clients to work towards self-compassion, build healthier relationships, and find peace with their bodies, food and/or identities. In between sessions, she loves going for a jog in the park, seeing her favorite bands play a show, or finding ways to connect with the community like planning events around wellness, food and art.

    Shannon is a relational therapist who supports individuals and couples navigating pregnancy and parenthood. She helps clients untangle outdated and ill-fitting expectations, explore relational identities, and build coping tools—always with space for both humor and tears. Shannon believes therapy works best when it feels like a genuine relationship, where clients can bring their whole selves without judgment. When she is not seeing clients, Shannon enjoys hiking and camping, spending time with family, and walking her two dogs along the Hudson River.

    Gabrielle meets her clients with curiosity, supporting them in generating insights about how past experiences have shaped their nervous system, their relationships, and their sense of safety. She works with clients at a pace that honors their experiences and all parts of their identity, grounded in the belief that healing is possible when we feel safe enough to be our full selves. When she is not in session with clients, Gabrielle can be found enjoying the many musicals and concerts NYC has to offer, or analyzing the psychosocial messages of reality TV.

    Tyson is a trauma-informed therapist grounded in authenticity, compassion, connection, and self-discovery. As a queer Latine clinician, Tyson is committed to uplifting marginalized voices and helping clients navigate the emotional impact of systemic and relational trauma. Their approach blends insight, humor, and gentle challenges to foster meaningful growth. Originally from Los Angeles, Tyson enjoys caring for their plants and spending time with their cat, Misi. They play bass and guitar and are passionately competitive at board games.

    Vidisha Goyal, MHC-I

    Clinical Resident (she/her)

    Vidisha is passionate about creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where kids, teens, and young adults feel seen, supported, and safe to be themselves. She helps clients work through anxiety, low self-esteem, and the impact of tough early experiences, especially in families where emotions weren’t always understood or accepted. Outside of therapy, Vidisha is a makeup artist and painter who finds creative expression deeply healing. She’s also an avid reader who cherishes time with close friends—and you can often find her wandering art supply shops or treasure hunting in local thrift stores.
