The Well Psych Team

  • Laura Caruso, LMHC

    Founder & Psychotherapist (she/her)

Laura is a relationship expert and dating coach based in New York City. She practices from a relational lens and prides herself as a down-to-earth and “no bullshit” therapist. Laura will help you break free from self-limiting patterns and lead you towards fulfilling relationships with deep connections. In her free time, you can find Laura playing with her Golden Retriever, or en route to JFK for her next big adventure. She is currently writing a non-fiction book at the intersection of all that makes her feel whole: human connection, empathy, culture, and socio-politics.

  • Advika Anand, MHC-I

    Psychotherapist (she/her)

As your therapist, Advika’s goal is to work together to explore your relationship with yourself and the world around you. Her background in vocal performance, piano, and public speaking has sparked a passion for self-expression that carries into her work. As a South Asian woman who has lived in both the US and India, Advika deeply values the harmony of all aspects of one’s identity and strives to foster a welcoming and inclusive space for all. When she isn’t at graduate school, you may find her performing with her dance team, contorted on a yoga mat, or on her lifelong quest to find the best hot chocolate in the city.

  • Hayley Schlattman, MHC-I

    Psychotherapist (she/her)

Hayley finds passion in making connections and helping people feel seen and heard. Witnessing the intensities life had to offer, Hayley gained a genuine love for supporting others. Listening to the stories and dreams of those around her drives her to be a good friend and confidant. When she’s not supporting her people, she’s usually spending time with her cat, Dutch, or off playing video games with her friends across the world.

  • Vidisha Goyal, MHC-I

    Clinical Resident (she/her)

Vidisha is passionate about creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where kids, teens, and young adults feel seen, supported, and safe to be themselves. She helps clients work through anxiety, low self-esteem, and the impact of tough early experiences, especially in families where emotions weren’t always understood or accepted. In your work together, you’ll explore what’s been holding you back and build tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected—both to yourself and others.
